Returns&Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of purchase:

1.Contact customer service with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return by email to customer_service@ongasoft.com.

2.You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.^**

3.Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return merchandise after it has been received.

We'll refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
